Andrea Coppola

Andrea Coppola applies the skills she honed as a litigator to her real estate practice at FLB Law. Her attention to detail, deadline-driven approach, excellent negotiation skills, and concise legal writing make her a valuable asset to her clients and the firm's real estate team.

Andrea is an essential member of FLB Law's Real Estate & Land Use Practice. Her primary focus is representing landlords and tenants in leasing transactions, and she has become a trusted advisor to national restaurant groups that are rapidly expanding, including Hawkers, Mecha Noodle Bar, bartaco, Barcelona Wine Bar, Sixty Vines, Mexican Sugar and Hatch. Andrea also counsels her clients on risk and portfolio management, business oversight, vendor agreements, corporate structuring, and other business-related issues.

Andrea's outgoing personality and ability to remain calm in challenging situations enable her to protect her clients throughout the negotiation process. She is readily accessible to her clients, and her detail-oriented nature has led to the development of tracking systems that help her manage large numbers of transactions across multiple states.

Before joining FLB Law, Andrea was an associate with a law firm based in Westchester, NY. She also had several internships with law firms and the Hon. Carol Novey Catuogno of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Bergen Vicinage, Family Division.
