Justin is an associate in the firm’s litigation and real estate practices, bringing a unique combination of legal experience and over 15 years working in the commercial real estate industry.

Before earning his J.D. from the University of Connecticut School of Law, Justin developed a broad background in commercial real estate, which provides a strong foundation for navigating complex real estate transactions. His work experience included lease origination, negotiation, and drafting, asset management, acquisition and disposition, and bank financing. He also holds a master’s degree in real estate finance and investment from New York University.

During law school, Justin gained valuable practical legal experience through judicial internships, summer associate positions in real estate and corporate finance. These roles allowed him to develop skills in legal research, drafting agreements, and understanding both transactional and litigation aspects of the law. He also honed his skill as an Editor of the Connecticut Law Review.

After graduation, he served as a judicial law clerk for the New Jersey Superior Court, gaining hands-on experience by distilling party filings, reviewing and analyzing case law, drafting legal decisions, and mediating disputes.

Admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut, Justin combines his extensive business experience and legal training to provide clients with clear, practical guidance. He is skilled at managing complex information, communicating effectively, and delivering solutions tailored to each client’s needs in both real estate and litigation matters.
