FLB Law's Eric Bernheim Recognized in 2025 Chambers USA for Real Estate and Land Use Law
WESTPORT, Conn. (June 6, 2025) – FLB Law is proud to announce that Managing Partner Eric D. Bernheim has been named to the 2025 Chambers USA guide of top Connecticut attorneys, earning recognition in both the Real Estate and Land Use/Zoning categories. This marks his second consecutive year being honored by Chambers USA, and the first time he has been ranked for his work in land use and zoning.

As head of FLB Law’s Real Estate and Zoning & Land Use practices, Bernheim advises prominent developers, landlords, tenants, and lenders on a wide range of transactions and regulatory matters.
