Business Journal Leads Economic Development Section with Feature on FLB Law’s Real Estate Outlook

The June 5th issue of the Fairfield County Business Journal featured an article on FLB Law's Real Estate Outlook as the lead story in the economic development section. The piece, written by Justin McGown, covered the annual event co-sponsored by the Greater Norwalk Chamber and the Westport-Weston Chamber of Commerce and held in the M&T Bank Magnificent Room at The SoNo Collection in Norwalk.

FLB Law Managing Partner Eric Bernheim, head of the firm’s Real Estate & Land Use Practice, moderated the panel, which included Fairfield County real estate leaders: David Genovese, CEO of Bridgewater Properties; Dan Suozzi, co-founder of ROAN Real Estate Development; Jessica Vonashek, chief of economic and community development for the City of Norwalk; and Adam Cognetta, managing director of Capital Equities Group.

“This event was a huge success,” shared Eric. “Not only was it the best attended of all our events, with more than 100 attendees, but the lively discussion among the panelists was informative and entertaining.”

Eric kicked off the discussion with two timely subjects: affordable housing and parking. From there, the panelists discussed their “projects that transform,” the theme of this year’s event.
